Raj, a struggling singer saves a girl dressed up as a bride from a car wreck on the railway tracks. He takes her to the hospital and informs her family members. The doctors inform Raj that the girl's name is Pooja and that she has gone into coma. Due to a misunderstanding Pooja's family members consider Raj to be Pooja's husband Romi and invite him to stay with them. Raj reluctantly takes up the offer to provide his flagging career a push. However, in the course of his stay at Pooja's house, Raj falls in love with her childhood friend Jahnvi. Just when Jahnvi and Raj are about to reveal the news to the family, Pooja regains her senses.
