Saath Saath is a 1982 hindi movie directed by Raman Kumar. It has an ensemble cast of Rakesh Bedi, Farooq Shaikh, Neena Gupta, Deepti Naval. Avinash (Farooq Sheikh) has a high set of moral values, through which he wants to change the world. He is poor, but a person full of self esteem. He believes in earning while learning. He masters in acedemics and wishes for a utopian society to live in. He wants truth and simplicity to prevail in the world. The movie is famous for its ghazals by Jagjit Singh and Chitra Singh. Songs like "Tum ko dekha to yeh khayaal aaya" and "Ye tera ghar ye mera ghar" are considered classics and have cult following even today.
