Three friends - Amar (Ritesh Deshmukh), Prem (Aftab Shivdasani) and Meet (Vivek Oberoi) reunite after three years of their marriage. As all the three friends are fed up of their quirky wives, they decide to indulge in affairs with other women. A month later, the trio discover that each one of them is in a relationship with the same girl named Monica (Lara Dutta). Soon, Monica starts blackmailing them demanding a lot of money or else she would tell their wives about their disloyalty. Before the hapless trio could arrange money, they become the prime suspects of a girl's murder and deals with an extremely suspicious police office, Sikander (Ajay Devgn).
