Description
- The story is about a Calcutta based college professor and former revolutionary, Mondar (Pradip Mukherjee), who marries a beautiful woman named Anjali (Mamata Shankar). However, Mondar leaves Anjali after he finds that she is pregnant. After leaving Anjali, Mondar forms a relationship with Nandini, a steno-typist who lives with her insane mother. Soon, Mondar finds himself restless in the relationship with Nandini and decides to go back to Anjali. On the other hand, Anjali gets the job of a teacher and is raising the child single-handedly. Will Anjali forgive and reconcile with Mondar or the story will take another intriguing turn?
