Description
- Kulla (Dwarkish) is a little man, whose aim is to become a secret agent. Despite of all his efforts to become an agent, he fails to qualify because of his short stature. One day, he gets an opportunity to join a secret service. There, he succeeds in becoming an agent and is numbered "000". Thus, from then onwards, he becomes Kulla Agent 000. He receives his training from a female co-agent, Jyothi (Jaya). Agent 000 gets his first assignment to catch smugglers. In the guidance of an expert agent, Jyoti, will this amateur Agent 000 be able to accomplish his mission and prove himself?
