Kunnel Kumaran Thampy (Vijayaraghavan) and his sons are after some documents which have come to the possession of Capt. Varghese Mappila (Sai Kumar). Mappila lives with his children Christy (Mohanlal), Joji (Dileep), Jessy (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy), and Stella (Kanika). Jessy is married to Georgekutty (Suresh Krishna) who is a criminal involved in sex-racketing. When Christy finds this out, he is cheated and framed by Georgekutty. Joji, who is sent to Italy to practice as a priest quits after falling in love with Meenakshi (Kavya Madhavan). Meenakshi's relatives find this out and she is brought back to India. However, she gets kidnapped by Georgekutty, and Christy is called in to help solve the kidnapping. Christy rescues Meenakshi but Georgekutty is murdered and Christy is arrested with the murder charges. Will Christy be able to prove his innocence? Who is the actual murderer of Georgekutty?
