Snehathinte Vila focuses on a retired school teacher's life who fails to teach the importance of love and duty towards one's family to his own son. Masha (Radhakrishnan Kunnamkullam) lives with his ill wife, daughter Shahina (Sangeetha), and a good for nothing son, Fakruddin (Baiju Thrissur), who is under a huge debt. Fakruddin is in love with Nasiya (Aishwarya Shornoor), who has a hard-working brother Jabbar (Noufal). When Jabbar comes to know about his sister's affair, he warns Fakruddin to stay away from her. Meanwhile, Shahina has a marriage proposal, but the groom's parents demand dowry. Masha has no option left but to sell off his property.
