Description
- Snehalayam is a short documentary film based upon an orphanage called 'Snehalayam' which houses several orphan children who were abandoned by their loved ones. The orphanage is looked after by the children's very own Mathashree (Sreedevi Anil). The children while attending the local school come face to face with the harshness of life. It is after a medical camp held at school which reveals that two of the orphanage dwelling children are affected with HIV-AIDS. The local villagers along with some of the school teachers and parents object the school's decision to keep on educating the infected children. Will the children be thrown out of the school and lose their chance to be educated? Why do the orphans have to suffer so much?
