Punda Prachanda

Purushotam (Shankar Nag) and Prakash (Ramesh) are two best friends who are jobless. So, they do social service by helping people in need. They are well known in the city as Punda Prachanda. Prakash is in love with Roopa, and while doing social work Purushotam meets Roopa's sister Rashmi and falls for her. Soon Prakash's love ends up with a tragedy as Roopa dies because of a drug overdose. Major Karunakara, who has had a close eye on Purushotam and Prakash's activities for a long time, asks for their help to eradicate the biggest drug mafia in their town. Purushotam and Prakash, with Rashmi by their side, promise to destroy the cartel. Will these three be able to keep up to their promise and avenge Roopa's untimely death?
