The plot of the movie Ishq Ishq revolves around Shajid (Nadeem), who is an immature person and is unable to contribute in the family business. However, to prove his worth, Shajid leaves his village and starts taking care of their estate. Later, Shajid meets Shammi (Kavita Ghulam) and falls in love with her. Eventually, he also becomes a responsible person. Unfortunately, he loses his vision in an accident. Meanwhile, Shammi comes under immense pressure to leave Shajid and marry another person. This leaves Shajid and Shammi in great trauma.
