Uday (Siddharth) is a spoiled rich brat who believes in the short-term pleasures. Sandhya (Shamili) is a loner who lives in his own. She is a responsible girl with long-term plans and strict principles. Uday falls in love with Sandhya at first sight. And she joins her place as a pensioner. When all goes well, Uday comes to know that Sandhya is suffering from cancer and their days are numbered. But Sandhya is not aware of it.
