- Multi-millionaire business man, Virendra Kapoor lives with his ailing wife, Jenny and a son, Lucky Due to unforeseen circumstances Lucky is forced to migrate to Australia to live under his aunt, Martha's care Years later after Jenny's death Virendra would like Lucky to return back to India in order to take care of his businesses but Lucky is least interested and wants to continue living life the way he wants Meanwhile Virendra is approached by Saba Karim Shah on several occasions who is willing to stake any amount of currency to purchase his properties but Virendra is not willing to sell under any conditions forcing Karim Shah to kill him making it look like an accident Then Lucky returns to India to investigate his dad's death only to meet his childhood sweetheart, Jessica Pereira and they fall in love Ironically Karim Shah decides to make Lucky his son since he resembles his very own son that was killed in riots years back while at the same time Karim Shah is able to purchase Virendra's properties from Lucky Hell breaks loose when Jessica claims she is an eye witness in the Virendra's murder case upturning the relationship between Karim Shah and Lucky.
